Interim Working Rules regarding PRCe360

Please see the link below to view the most updated Interim PRCe360 Working Rules. These rules will cover the relevant changes in our rules and may be changing as we evolve with the system.
(Last Updated: 1/26/26)

The old system needed some improvements, so we set up a new way that…

  • Improves how you interact with your cases and requests
  • Helps you waste less time searching for the documents you need
  • Allows you to file more efficiently and keep up to date on your cases with ease

The tools you’ve been using just weren’t built for how people work today, so we wanted to change how you worked.

Introducing PRCe360

Beginning January 26 2026, the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission will transition to PRCe360. This newly redesigned online e-filing and case management system has been carefully designed to better meet users’ needs, improve workflows, and enhance PRC transparency.

The new PRCe360 portal will allow users to electronically access and file requests for records or dockets that fall under the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission’s jurisdiction.

For detailed guides for how to use the new portal and answers to frequently asked questions, please see the Quick Start – User Guide

Why are these changes happening?

The NMPRC is committed to ensuring that customers, utilities, and other interested parties are better able to utilize the NMPRC’s services in a timely manner.  The creation of the PRCe360 portal is a continuation of our mission to modernize the Public Regulation Commission’s digital infrastructure to better meet the needs of both taxpayers and other stakeholders.

What’s changed?

  • Do more in less time – Simplify or automate docket filings so you can focus on what matters most.

  • Reliable and secure – Designed with security, privacy, and reliability in mind.
