Open Meetings now have hybrid attendance options! The public may attend Open Meetings in person at the Bokum Building, located at 142 W. Palace Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501. Open Meetings will continue to also be accessible to the public via a livestream on YouTube. Individuals wishing to provide public comment may now do so in person, via the Zoom app or by telephone. To sign up for public comment via Zoom or by telephone, please contact Patrick Rodriguez via email or phone (505) 490-7910 no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to internal planning requirements and the need to comply with the Open Meetings Act, any items that you wish to have considered at a NMPRC Open Meeting must be delivered to the appropriate employee/division by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. the week BEFORE that Open Meeting. Complying with this deadline is no guarantee that the matter will be considered at the meeting, however, items received after this deadline will not be able to be placed on the agenda for the Open Meeting.

Pursuant to NMSA 1978, Sections 10-15-1(A) and (B) all meetings of a quorum of Commissioners of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission held for the purpose of formulating public policy, discussing public business, or for the purpose of taking any action within the authority delegated to the Commission shall be open to the public, except as otherwise provided by law.
Open meetings shall be hybrid meetings and will be held in person at the Bokum Building located at 142 W. Palace Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87501 and via Zoom until further notice. In the event an open meeting is to be located elsewhere, such location will be specified in the notice of that meeting. Any member of the public may attend an open meeting and listen to the deliberations and proceedings of the Commission. In accordance with NMSA 1978, Section 8-8-4(D), a majority of the Commissioners constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. In the event there is a closure or delay when an Open Meeting is scheduled the meeting will be held via Zoom only.
