Public Information Request

To request public information, please contact prc.ipra@prc.nm.gov in writing. Include the your name and contact information, as well as a specific details of the data request.


BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2014, ANY CHECKS RECEIVED BY THE PRC MAY BE CONVERTED TO AN ACH DEBIT.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH GUIDANCE PROVIDED BY THE NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION, THE NEW MEXICO PUBLIC REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC) IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ALL PRC CUSTOMERS A 30 DAY NOTIFICATION REGARDING CHECK PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY THE DEPARTMENT.

WHEN YOU PROVIDE A CHECK AS PAYMENT TO THE PRC, YOU AUTHORIZE THE STATE OF NEW NEXICO TO EITHER USE INFORMATION FROM YOUR CHECK TO MAKE A ONE-TIME ELECTERONIC FUNDS TRANSFER FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OR TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT AS A CHECK TRANSACTION.
