The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission is excited to host the first annual “Regulation in New Mexico – How to Navigate a Dynamic Landscape!”
As the name suggests, this event will focus on the exciting and dynamic area of regulation in New Mexico. The State’s new environmental priorities, changing technologies and developing regional markets make for an ever-changing environment. This seminar is designed to provide an update in utility regulation and administrative law to professionals who engage in this area, as well to help provide insight into PRC practice. Presentations will cover administrative hearing practice, settlements, and include presentations on ethics and professionalism.
The seminar is awaiting pre-approval from the NM State Bar for CLE credits and is open to the public.
