A public comment hearing for the rulemaking regarding revisions to NMPRC Rule 17.9.570 NMAC, Cogeneration and Small Power Production (the “PURPA Rule”), will be held on June 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. This hearing will be held via Zoom with a livestream available on YouTube.
